Soo… I’ve been trying to find something to do with this 80% dark chocolate that I know is absolutely amazing in cookies. So I came across this interesting cookie which you make to refrigerate or freeze and cut like cookie dough. This is a first for me – most of my cookies are made and baked in one session. Was a bit confused as everything was a little … crumbly, but it came together really well in the fridge over night and sliced out nicely. Texture was a bit like a shortbread but altogether left a kind of heavy feeling in the stomach. Perfect for an afternoon tea.
