Chee Cheung Fun are really thin rice noodles folded on each other to make a kind of thick ‘kuey teow’ flat noodle. This is how I’ve been brought up to eat it – Indonesian style for breakfast. Mix toasted sesame seeds, fried shallots, green chilli sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce into the noodles and EAT. Incredibly satisfying.
