Unsurprisingly, the specialty of Crispy Duck Restaurant in Chinatown is crispy duck. We had half a duck which came out deep fried so the meat was easily falling off the bone as the chef used a knife and fork to flake the meat off the bone. This was served with spring onions and cucumber slices, thin pastry pancakes and a sweet plum sauce to make into a delicious wrap.
