Slow Cooked Lamb Shank

The perfect Sunday dinner after a walk in the park.

Recipe for the lamb shank:

Brown 1 piece of lamb shank per person eating in a pan. Stick it in the slow cooker with red wine, whole shallots, garlic, onion, carrot and herbs. Slow cook for about a day.

Served with garlic mash potatoes (Fry some garlic in a pan until golden then mash with potato and butter), Yorkshire pudding and more steamed carrots and peas.
